* Full-Time & Part-Time: $28.00 to $34.00/hour based on experience

What You'll Do

As an LPN in Skilled Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring Residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include:

* Leading and coordinating nursing care on your assigned shift

* Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards

* Monitoring Resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition

* Assisting with the development and updating of Resident Care Plans

* Responding to emergency and life-saving situations following established protocols

* Collecting and processing specimens for testing

* Supporting Residents with activities of daily living as needed

* Monitoring nutrition, hydration, and meal-time experiences

* Responding promptly and compassionately to Resident needs

* Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For

* Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

* Passion for providing exceptional Resident-centered care

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Commitment to Willow Valley Communities' culture of excellence and compassion

Schedule & Location

* 8 to 40 hours per week

* Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

* Every other weekend and holiday rotation

* PRN opportunities available
