This position centers on delivering professional nursing care and coordinating essential treatment services. You will help assess patient needs, guide nursing interventions, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:

• Patient Assessment:
  Evaluate physical, mental, and behavioral health needs and note changes in status
• Care Coordination:
  Prescribe, organize, and assign nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Medication Oversight:
  Administer medications and treatments while monitoring symptoms and responses
• Documentation Accuracy:
  Record observations, reports, and treatment details according to policy
• Safety Practices:
  Follow crisis management, infection control, and emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment
• Team Leadership:
  Guide and direct nursing personnel and support staff in daily care activities

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with 30-minute lunch.

  Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $93,888.00 (before taxes).

• All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
