Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or doctors
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report any changes
• Assist with patient hygiene and daily living activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Valid LPN / LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
