Key responsibilities of the LPN / LVN include:

• Providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN
• Assisting in the administration of medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely
• Supporting daily living activities for patients as needed

Requirements of the LPN / LVN include:

• Current LPN / LVN license in Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
