Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or doctors

Administer medications and injections as prescribed

Monitor patient health and report any changes

Assist with patient hygiene and daily living activities

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

Valid LPN / LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
