Kinzua Nursing and Rehab, a premier healthcare provider in Warren, Pennsylvania, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Byalor (RN) to join our team on our night shift. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and prioritizing the well-being of our residents. With a focus on patient-centered care, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our patients and their families.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in daily rounds and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and/or Physician
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure a smooth transition for patients returning to their homes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
