Position Summary:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces across the Conestoga Valley School District. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and well-kept environment for students, staff, and visitors year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain school grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching, and leaf removal.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and watering.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, tractors, snow blowers).
• Keep sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots clean, safe, and free of hazards.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow and ice removal, salting, and storm cleanup.
• Support the setup and teardown of outdoor events.
• Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to ensure safety and appearance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance preferred.
• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
