Smiles and greets customers, answers customer questions and helps resolve customer concerns promptly, in a polite and professional manner.;
Operates front end scanning equipment and cash register; performs checkout procedures including bagging merchandise and placing merchandise in customer's cart.;
Maintains accuracy during the transaction, ensuring correct charges and funds collection; maintains cash drawer security.;
Follows store guidelines regarding sale of tobacco and alcohol and maintains health/OSHA compliance; ensures sanitation and cleanliness of work areas.;
May assist in other departments and complies with PPE requirements.
