Company Description
CFLWR Combat Gear is a combat sports-focused brand dedicated to honoring the discipline, sacrifice, and mindset of athletes across wrestling, jiu‑jitsu, MMA, boxing, and more. The company creates premium products and bold branding that represent the full combat sports community, emphasizing identity as much as apparel. CFLWR reinvests a portion of every dollar earned back into the culture by supporting athletes, programs, and the next generation.
The brand is driven by a mission to elevate combat sports from the inside out, treating it as a movement rather than a trend. Team members join a culture that values authenticity, commitment, and respect for the grind behind every performance.
This is a full-time/part-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Eastern PA/Lehigh Valley. The Sales Associate will engage customers at local wrestling tournaments, provide knowledgeable product information pertaining to our flagship product – Combat Wipes, and deliver a high‑energy, respectful experience that reflects the CFLWR brand. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining clean, organized displays.
The role also includes speaking to gym/club/store owners at these tournaments about our wholesale program as well as helping execute events or activations tied to combat sports. The Sales Associate will collaborate with team members to meet sales goals, capture customer feedback, and support continuous improvement of the retail experience.
- Customer‑facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a helpful, professional in‑person presence.

- Organizational and operational skills, including basic inventory handling, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe store/booth environment.
- Strong interest in or familiarity with combat sports culture; prior involvement in wrestling, jiu‑jitsu, MMA, boxing, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Collaborative mindset, reliability, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful interactions with customers and team members.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
