Operations Manager

Position Summary

Operations Manager – 3rd shift. You’ll be a member of the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team, responsible for executing store operations, driving performance, and building consumer loyalty.

• Store Operations: overall store management, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training and development, and financial management.
• Leadership & Management: lead crew, supervise and assign activities, communicate information to crew and supervisors, and support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement plans.
• Customer Service: assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer‑service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and strong computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; willingness to work overtime and respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Typical pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour. Base rate varies by experience, education, geography and other factors.
