Retail & Store Manager
Coen is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead our store operations and deliver a Clean, Friendly, and In-Stock experience for every guest. The GM is accountable for overall store performance, including profitability, compliance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for building high‑performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and brand compliance
- Drive profitability by managing expenses, optimizing sales, and controlling inventory
- Recruit, train, and develop team members; provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety, food service, and regulatory standards
- Analyze P&L statements, audits, and operational reports; implement action plans for improvement
- Respond to and resolve customer issues while fostering a positive guest experience
- Oversee labor management, scheduling, and cash control procedures
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate/Bachelor’s preferred - 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail, QSR, or convenience store management (24/7 environment preferred)
- Strong financial, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays); average 60–65 hours/week
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Serv Safe and A/B Operator certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
