Customer Service Rep, Retail Sales
Job Title
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Preferred QualificationsThe desired location for this position would be Lancaster PA. Employees will be required to work at the Fed Ex location five days a week.
Pay TransparencyTotal Base Pay Range 20.31 - 29.69 USD Hourly

Tues.
- Friday is from 3 PM - 8 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM - 5 PM
