As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store – engaging with customers, assisting with sales, and contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere. • Provide exceptional customer service, helping shoppers find what they need.
• Manage sales transactions with a computerized cash register.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, and set up product displays.
• Receive, assemble, and pack wholesale customer orders, loading them into vehicles.
• Safely lift products—including overhead or from the floor— weighing 30 to 60 pounds, ensuring personal safety and product protection.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Utilize scanners, box cutters, dollies, carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Follow all legal guidelines to ensure alcohol is sold only to customers who are legally permitted to buy it.
• Work in a friendly, team‑oriented environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

• Location:
  
  Madison Farms, near major highway(s) with free onsite parking and near a variety of food and restaurant options.
• Permanent, part‑time employment. Minimum 13 hours per week, up to 32 hours per week.
• Preferred availability: 13 to 32 hours per week.
• Store work hours and days:
  • Monday, Thursday: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
  • Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm.
  • Sunday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.
• Flexible shifts typically 4 to 7 hours per shift, rotating during week and weekend with daytime and evening hours.
• Schedule details may change due to operational needs; applicants may be required to work schedules not outlined above.
• Telework: not available.
• Store location:
  The position is based in the store listed; no transfer to other locations.
• Salary:
  Fixed at the minimum salary for new Commonwealth employees; not negotiable.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet PA residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Must pass a background investigation. Felony conviction within last ten years is disqualifying.
