Murphy Jewelers has served Pennsylvania since 1913 and continues to operate as a family business across three generations.

We are hiring sales professionals for full‑time (and optionally part‑time) positions at our Downtown Pottsville store, Hamburg, PA store (across from Cabela’s), and Lehigh Valley Mall location. No prior jewelry experience is required—we prioritize strong customer‑service skills and a professional demeanor.

• Build and maintain trust with customers, listening to their needs and guiding them through purchasing decisions.
• Provide product knowledge and explain our jewelry collection once trained.
• Maintain a polished, courteous appearance and adhere to company standards of professionalism.
• Work effectively in a busy retail environment, balancing customer focus with operational tasks.
• Demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and good judgment at all times.
