Position SummaryField Sales Representative – responsible for managing sales growth by building a book of business through in‑home and community‑based sales efforts. This role focuses on selling Medicare products and maintaining ongoing member relationships.
Responsibilities- Acquire new members through community events and referrals.
- Assess customer needs using probing questions and demonstrate superior listening skills.
- Service existing members, addressing inquiries related to product usage, benefits, and utilization.
- Cross‑sell ancillary products to existing members.
- Retain existing members.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of CMS and state regulations.
- Effectively multitask and use a computer while interacting with prospects and members via phone.
- Capture relevant information accurately in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Meet sales goals, conversion rates, and cross‑sell rates for new member acquisition as outlined in the annual performance plan.
- Contact prospective members within the time limits defined in the performance plan.
- Achieve the member retention rate specified in the performance plan.
- Maintain the highest levels of member satisfaction as measured by surveys.
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of products, services, and processes offered by the company.
- Obtain required certifications annually: AHIP CE’s, Product Certification, Security and Compliance, Client/Carrier Certifications, and any required CMS Certifications.
- Must reside in Delaware, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, or Philadelphia county.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Life & Health insurance license is not required at hire but must be obtained within 60 days.
- Active computer use for daily job activities.
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Self‑starter with a positive attitude.
- Adaptability to a high‑pressure, achievement‑oriented environment.
- Drive to build, manage, and grow a book of business.
- High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Medicare sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (high‑school diploma + 4years relevant experience).
Pay Range: $51,686.00 – $ (annual)
