What To ExpectWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will meet with licensed healthcare practitioners in the Central Pennsylvania territory, develop relationships, and promote our innovative products and solutions. This position requires a consultative sales approach to engage healthcare professionals, understand their practices, and provide tailored recommendations that meet their specific needs.
The successful candidate must live within or be willing to relocate to the Central Pennsylvania territory (Harrisburg/Scanton area) to be considered for the opportunity.
- Meet with licensed healthcare practitioners to learn more about their practices and sell our innovative products/solutions.
- Grow the customer base within your territory while maintaining great relationships with existing clients.
- Meet established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in both a technical and consultative sales approach.
- Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills.
- Energetic and positive attitude with a dedication to serving customers.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple objectives effectively.

- Incentive Based Compensation with Open-Ended Uncapped Commission – First Year On-Target Earnings (OTE) $90-120K.
