Salary & LocationSalary Range: $55,430 – $66,020;
Plus Incentive.

Harrisburg, PA surrounding area.

- Own local growth of accounts by developing annual and monthly initiatives for assigned stores in territory.
- Execute and close all sales calls using the 5
Ps—people, product, placement, pricing, and promotion—to increase distribution‑direct (DSD) orders and secure appropriate orders. - Ensure BTB programming is executed off‑shelf and in cold vault; sell incremental displays and equipment placements; enforce dealer compliance.
- Maintain shelf, cold vault, and display compliance—distribution, in‑stocks, shelf tags, planogram spacing, and pricing—while managing inventory levels and assets.
- Build superior relationships with multiple points of contact at store, district, and regional levels to identify issues and execute resolutions.
- Leverage tools and sales data to achieve territory success.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ year of selling experience.
- Ability to build relationships and grow the business.
- Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
- Capacity to handle multiple customer accounts.
- Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, etc.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong English language skills for effective customer communication and service.
