Vice President, Sales

DMA Associates is looking for a seasoned executive with experience in large and growth-oriented small/medium sized companies. The Vice President of Sales will report to the CEO and is a member of the company’s executive team. The incumbent will be directly responsible for DMA Associate’s revenue, and the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including pipeline forecasting, global sales strategy, team-building and overall sales management.

This is a growth oriented position that is directly responsible for global sales revenue and target quotas. The successful candidate will take ownership of growing both traditional and channel sales revenue streams.

• Directly responsible for the company’s revenue
• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity
• Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
