Work Flexibility
Field-based: majority of time at customer facilities; travel within set territory.
Remote: majority of time from an alternate workplace, within the country of the specified job location.
Onsite: 100% located at a Stryker facility.
Hybrid: a mix of alternate workplace and Stryker facility.
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Breast Care Sales Representative to promote Stryker’s industry-leading point-of-care imaging solutions and execute the company’s vision of enhancing the lives of patients and their caregivers. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, market-oriented, and possesses strong relationship skills to secure buy-in and loyalty from surgeons and hospital staff. They are confident, competitive, and purpose-driven, measuring success against internal and external benchmarks.
Responsibilities- Promotes and sells the SPY fluorescence imaging system to hospitals to achieve sales goals.
- Educates doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff on proper use and maintenance of SPY technology across multiple surgeon specialties.
- Becomes a clinical expert across all imaging platforms, procedures, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Directs product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives in the assigned region.
- Assists in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
- Reports territorial progress to the Regional Manager regularly.
- Solves product problems for customers swiftly.
- Assists in training and development of sales personnel.
- Sells DermACELL advanced decellularized dermis in hospitals for various reconstructive applications.
- Provides or attends formal and informal presentations, case proctoring; overcomes clinical objections; identifies and follows up on leads.
- Partners with Med Ed team to drive customer and rep clinical education and awareness.
- 1‑5 years of sales experience with a proven record; medical-related sales strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the operating room environment preferred.
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration.
- Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and identify new business opportunities.
- Minimum education:
bachelor’s degree or equivalent; five years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room exposure. - Travel required:
>50% of time within the territory.
Sales Draw: $96,000 draw, with potential commission and bonuses, plus benefits.
