Your mission is to aggressively expand Postech’s market presence, hunt for high-value project opportunities, and recruit top-tier contractors to dominate the market. Key Responsibilities (Your Playing Field):
Drive Sales & Aggressive Market Expansion:
- Actively hunt for and secure new high-value business opportunities with major contractors, commercial builders, and large-scale clients.
- Strategically recruit, vet, and onboard high-performing new contractors to aggressively expand and strengthen the territory's network.
- Partner directly with existing dealers to help them win major tenders, secure high-value projects, and crush their local market competition.
Accelerate Dealer Performance & Revenue Growth:
- Transform dealers into high-performing sales machines by providing strategic coaching, advanced sales techniques, and market ammunition to exceed their targets.
- Conduct high-impact field visits across the territory to audit performance, realign strategies, and unlock hidden growth pockets.
- Track territory performance, analyze market gaps, and deliver sharp, actionable insights directly to corporate HQ.
- Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence to ensure Postech always maintains its cut-throat competitive edge and pioneering position.
High-Profile Brand Representation:
- Act as the face of Postech at major trade shows, high-stakes industry events, and critical client negotiations.
- Uncompromisingly champion Postech’s engineering innovation, elite values, and structural superiority in every single interaction.
Experience & Skills (Are You the Hunter We Need?)
- Proven Hunting & Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, territory development, or dealer/distributor network expansion. Experience with in the construction, building materials, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry is a major asset.
- Influence & Leadership: A natural ability to command a room, coach business owners, influence decision-makers, and inspire partners to aim higher.
- Elite Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to pitch to both job-site contractors and corporate executives.
- Results-Obsessed Mindset: A history of not just meeting, but consistently shattering sales targets and growth KPIs.
- Autonomy & Road Warrior Spirit: Fully capable of thriving independently in the field, with a valid driver’s license and an absolute willingness to travel extensively across the designated territory.
- Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of construction practices, blueprint reading, or deep foundation systems is a strong plus.
