We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The role requires meeting with licensed healthcare practitioners in the Central Pennsylvania territory, developing relationships, and promoting our innovative products and solutions in a consultative sales environment. You will engage professionals to understand their practices and provide tailored recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Meet with licensed healthcare practitioners and learn about their practices to sell our products and solutions.
- Grow the customer base within your territory while maintaining great relationships with existing clients.
- Meet established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in both a technical and consultative sales approach.
- Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills.
- Energetic and positive attitude with a dedication to serving customers.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple objectives effectively.
- Character traits that contribute to success: information seeking, influence and persuasion, analytical thinking, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Central Pennsylvania territory (Harrisburg/Scanton area) to be considered for the opportunity.
- Incentive‑based compensation with open‑ended, uncapped commission—first year on‑target earnings (OTE) $90‑$120K.
