Position Overview

The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, working towards achieving and exceeding overall sales initiatives by developing effective relationships with physicians and other stakeholders within a defined territory. The candidate must be located in the Cleveland West, OH area.

Responsibilities
  • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
  • Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote our company's dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring all legal and compliance regulations.
  • Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
  • Apply effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
  • Sell in a changing health‑care environment, utilizing critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment and gain access to the customer.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with field‑based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
  • Utilize patient‑focused clinical dialogue to engage every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations.
  • Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota‑driven role, preferably in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
  • High sense of urgency, particularly with regards to customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, and results‑oriented culture.
Benefits
  • Annualized Salary Range (US): $85,000.00 - $ (specific to local market).
  • Benefits include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage) in accordance with the applicable plans.
