Role Description The B2C Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jordan, PA, responsible for driving individual customer acquisition and revenue growth for Faheem’s tutoring services. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, conducting consultations with prospective students or guardians, and converting inquiries into active users of the platform. The person in this role will develop and execute B2C sales strategies, track performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and promotions.
They will also maintain strong relationships with customers, gather feedback to improve services, and ensure a high standard of customer experience. The B2C Sales Manager will work closely with operations and support teams to align sales efforts with tutor availability and platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in B2C sales, lead generation, and customer conversion within a service-based or education-focused environment.
- Experience in customer relationship management, including handling inquiries, conducting consultations, and providing follow-up support.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and analyze sales performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain service offerings clearly to students and guardians.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to manage pipelines and forecast sales.
- Previous experience in education, tutoring, or edtech is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
