Envalior is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the US HPPA growth strategy and play a key role in expanding our high‑heat polymer portfolio across North America.
Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the North American HPPA strategy, developing markets, acquiring new projects, and commercializing goals.
- Evaluate competitor products in all technical and commercial aspects and develop a differentiation strategy.
- Develop technical and commercial contacts with key customers in the assigned markets.
- Collaborate with the Business Line and Business Excellence teams to identify regional market intelligence (customers, trends, value chains, pricing, applications, etc.).
- Support new business development through technical value proposals, application, and design knowledge.
- Translate customer and application requirements into product specifications, recommending existing products or defining new product specifications in collaboration with Product Development Specialists and Technical Product Managers.
- Experience selling high‑heat polymers.
- New business development experience with a proven track record of achieving ambitious targets and market growth.
- 8–10 years of commercial and technical experience with high‑heat polymers.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel at least 50 % of the time.
- Read, write, and speak English with proficiency.
