Commercial Real Estate Broker

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional to help source new business, build client relationships, identify acquisition opportunities, and execute commercial real estate transactions from initial outreach through closing. The role provides direct exposure to brokerage, acquisitions, market research, negotiations, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain client and industry relationships
• Source brokerage and acquisition opportunities
• Assist with underwriting, negotiations, and transaction execution

• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
• Strong analytical, organizational, and market research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
