Security Officer Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors at a College Campus by following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, corridors, grounds, and perimeter areas; observe conditions, document activity, and report maintenance hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and calls for service in a calm, problem-solving manner; de-escalate situations when appropriate and contact site personnel and/or public emergency services as required;
Control access at designated entrances by verifying identification and/or credentials, directing visitors to proper check-in areas, monitoring restricted zones, and assisting with property and key control procedures as assigned;
Complete thorough shift reports, incident documentation, and log entries; communicate observations and handoffs to the next officer and site representatives using approved channels
