** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

+ Staff the front desk and monitor lobby activity, greeting visitors, validating access permissions, and communicating with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or appointments.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Support access control functions by checking identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing temporary credentials when appropriate, and reporting discrepancies related to entry requests.

+ Complete routine reports and front desk documentation related to incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related observations in accordance with site expectations.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
