Security & Loss Prevention Investigator
We are seeking a Security & Loss Prevention Investigator to conduct investigations involving theft, fraud, security incidents, and safety events in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility, fan‑facing environment that includes retail, restaurant/bar, attractions, and events.
This role blends loss prevention investigations with non‑LP security and safety incident investigations. The Investigator works closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) Dispatchers, who manage camera monitoring and system alerts, while the Investigator leads field response, fact‑finding, interviews, documentation, and case development.
This position is ideal for professionals from asset protection, security, military, law enforcement, or safety investigation backgrounds who bring investigative discipline, strong judgment, and polished fan‑facing professionalism.

- Conduct field investigations involving theft, fraud, policy violations, and misconduct
- Investigate non‑LP incidents including security events, safety incidents, near‑misses, and operational disruptions
- Respond to SOC dispatcher referrals and alerts for investigative follow‑up
- Perform structured fact‑finding, scene review, and timeline reconstruction
- Conduct witness, subject, and reporting‑party interviews using neutral questioning techniques
- Collect and document physical and testimonial evidence
- Maintain evidence integrity and documentation standards
- Prepare clear, objective investigative reports and summaries
- Support case preparation for internal action or law enforcement referral
- Partner with SOC Dispatchers who conduct camera monitoring and system alerting
- Receive SOC case packages, clips, timelines, and alert summaries
- Conduct on‑scene validation and investigative follow‑up
- Provide field findings back to SOC for record consolidation
- Coordinate incident timelines and escalation paths
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols with investigative awareness
- Support access control and restricted area verification
- Respond to incidents and disturbances
- Apply de‑escalation and conflict management techniques
- Support operational risk reduction measures
- Provide investigative and security support during events and peak fan periods
- Identify congestion, disorder, and opportunistic risk patterns
- Support safe fan flow and queue conditions
- Maintain high‑visibility professional presence
- Balance enforcement posture with fan experience standards
Required
- 2–4+ years investigations, LP, security, military, LE, or safety experience
- Demonstrated report writing skill
- Interview and fact‑finding experience
- Strong judgment and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background screening
Preferred
- LP/ORC exposure
- Workplace safety/EHS investigation exposure
