Surveillance Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to perform security checks at an oil refinery. A valid driver's license is required.

  Two Full‑Time positions available:
  • Wednesday‑Sunday 6:00am‑2:00pm
  • Sunday‑Thursday 10:00pm‑6:00am

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular foot and driving patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report‑writing skills
• Sharp visual observation and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is desirable
• Have a state license if required
