* HVAC/R Install & Changeout Job Leader Foreman
* Our HVAC and refrigeration install job leader coordinates the installation of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings. We are searching for individuals well-versed in customer service that have the ability to provide our customers great quality and service by installing equipment in a professional and timely manner.

Essential Duties:

* Installs heating, air conditioning, and related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.

* Recommends, develops, or performs feedback to company management of installation practices and new policies trade technology advances

* Supervises employee(s) working on project

* Responsible for all aspects of installation or changeout of project: layout, materials, labor

* Perform system start up and commissions systems to verify proper manufacture compliance to ensure long equipment life

* Adjusts system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance system; adjusts equipment to ensure optimal performance.

* Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.

* Operates company vehicle; maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.

Competencies:

* Ability to install commerical & residential systems

* Ability to install commercial gas fired systems

* Ability to install ventilation systems

* Ability to install packaged units

* Ability to install refrigerating piping

* Ability to install fiberglass & metal duct systems

* Ability to install hot water boilers & piping

* Ability to service residential systems

* Excellent customer service and time management

* Knowledge of company practices, procedures, machines, and equipment.

Qualifications:

* Trade School degree or certificate preferred

* High School diploma or GED required

* Minimum 5 Year of experience in HVAC/R installation & service

* EPA Certification

* Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
