This role focuses on commercial HVAC system installation, including rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, piping, controls, and related mechanical components. Mid‑level installers will work alongside experienced teams on commercial projects, while lead installers will oversee crews, coordinate workflow, manage materials, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high‑quality results on active commercial job sites.

Install, mount, and secure commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls while following project specifications and blueprints. Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and other trades to maintain schedules and project flow. Perform equipment startup, testing, and operational checks while ensuring code compliance and safety standards. Communicate project progress, jobsite challenges, and updates effectively with leadership.

Lead‑level candidates will additionally oversee crews, manage workflow, mentor junior installers, coordinate jobsite execution, and ensure projects remain on time, on budget, and aligned with company quality standards.

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
• 5+ years preferred for lead‑level candidates
• Strong blueprint and mechanical drawing interpretation skills
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls
• EPA 608 Certification required or willingness to obtain
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving history
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in active commercial construction environments
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities

• $25.00 - $45.00+ per hour based on experience and role level
