Mobile HVAC Technician
Our client, the facilities management industry, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facility locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Mobile HVAC Technician Pay rate: $30-35/hr
Location:
Lancaster, PA
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
- Travel between approximately 25 locations to ensure proper system functioning.
- Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize performance.
- Maintain safety standards, handle hazardous materials responsibly, and ensure a clean work environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Universal EPA certification, with a preference for EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
