Position Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to perform general maintenance related tasks. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining proper care/maintenance of the Municipal building and other County owned properties.
- Painting
- Snow removal/salting
- Carpentry
- Assisting in troubleshooting of air conditioning units, heaters, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conducting preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
