Position: Installation Manager | HVAC | Multi-location

Installation Manager Opportunity

A high-growth, multi-location HVAC company generating $75M+ in annual revenue is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee installation operations across more than 50 crews and 100+ field technicians company-wide. This is a full-time, HQ-based role with direct management of installation crews and accountability to ensure every crew executes to standard as the company works to double the size of each location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage installation leads and crews across all locations, holding them accountable to quality performance and execution
  • Engage regularly with crews and hold leads accountable to COTIF (Completed On Time In Full) as the core execution metric across locations
  • Plan installation volume with sales and location coordinators against revenue and capacity targets
  • Monitor job status across locations and adjust scheduling to protect deadlines
  • Set training standards for installation leads and apprentices, and hold the line on performance across the workforce
  • Audit costing sheets and material orders before jobs are released, and report on labor, material spend, and margin by location
  • Serve as escalation point for client issues and inspect completed installs for workmanship and code compliance
Qualifications
  • Prior experience leading installation operations across multiple locations or teams
  • Must have directly managed W2 employees; contractor-only experience does not qualify
  • Service Titan experience preferred
  • Availability beyond standard hours as conditions require
