Pro Pool Experts is looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Experienced Pool Technician with pool maintenance experience to join our team. You’ll perform hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and, most importantly, deliver excellent service.
Responsibilities for our Experienced Pool Technician:- Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Repair and install pool equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
- Document service visits and keep accurate records
- Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with pool automation systems
- Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
