Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Lancaster, PA | $30-$35/hr DOE | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (4-3-4 Schedule)

Join a growing manufacturing company that produces copper wire products used in data centers, aerospace, and infrastructure projects. We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial production equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and facility machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, analyze equipment failures, and make necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings, work with 120/240/480V systems, and identify components using BOMs and schematics.
• Partner with production teams to schedule maintenance, complete repairs, maintain spare parts inventory, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain safety compliance, follow EHS procedures, and work in a manufacturing environment that may include heat exposure near copper furnace operations.
• Assist with facility upkeep, inspections, maintenance records, and ensuring equipment operates to company standards.

$30-$35/hr based on experience

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED, 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and working knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

- 401k - 5% match. Employees can participate after 90 days of employment.
