Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot contractors, relays, VFDs, 3-phase wiring, and other industrial electrical components to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced production environment.
• Work as part of a highly collaborative maintenance team with ongoing training provided to expand your multi-craft skills.
• Support safe, efficient plant operations while following company and union safety standards.

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with overtime every other Saturday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

PTO - 2 weeks accrued over first year of employment 1.5 Pay over 8 hrs. and over 40 1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday 1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay. Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools.
