2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities

$22-$38/hr (Based on Experience)

Join a growing manufacturing team and help keep production equipment running safely and efficiently through electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Shifts:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Overtime every other Saturday (typically 8 hours or less)

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
• Maintain conveyors, motors, and production equipment
• Diagnose electrical issues involving contractors, relays, VFDs, and 3-phase systems
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs)
• Read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Assist with PLC and control-related troubleshooting
• Support safe and efficient plant operations

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Technical degree or trade school training preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Excellent Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Optometry) - available 30 days after employment 401K Plan - The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions. Automatically enrolled at 3% contribution, with auto 1% increase every year up to 10%. Can increase up or down anytime. 80% company match with first 4%. Company match of 50% with next 4%.

PTO - 2 weeks accrued over first year of employment 1.5 Pay over 8 hrs. and over 40 1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday 1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay. Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools.

PCA provides all special and heavy tools. PCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipends PCA provides Uniforms for Maintenance Technicians
