- Contribute to the future of our product by collaborating with Product, Design, and your squad to ship impactful features and milestones.
- Bring designs to life by working closely with designers to build seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Learn and grow alongside senior engineers while helping to support and onboard newer members of the team.
- Help scope and estimate your work in collaboration with your tech lead, keeping tasks aligned with business objectives.
- Write quality code with an emphasis on writing tests, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute ideas around code quality, documentation, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Take initiative on your own work while knowing when to ask for support, and participate in collaborative opportunities such as hackathons, guilds, and engineering jams to explore creative solutions and contribute beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
- Participate in code reviews and planning conversations to continuously improve team processes and output.
- Work with AI and automation by leveraging AI coding assistants and internal automations to build faster, while owning the quality and correctness of what you ship.
- You have 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, with a solid understanding of both frontend and backend development.
- You're a maker at heart who loves building products that solve real-world problems, while balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical goals.
- You're passionate about working on products through the full life cycle, from ideation to maintenance.
- You have experience with React, Type Script, and/or Python and enjoy building dynamic, user-friendly applications.
- You thrive in a start-up environment, where you can wear multiple hats and figure things out on the fly.
- You bring a high degree of empathy, both in understanding user needs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You excel at communication and problem-solving, and are comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
- You're comfortable using AI coding assistants and working alongside automations as part of your everyday development workflow.

- Competitive Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + equity + up to 10% annual bonus, paid quarterly.
