Stretch, Flexibility, and Mobility - Group Instructor

Position:
We are looking for motivated, HIGH ENERGY, and passionate individuals with experience in the health and wellness industry to join our UFC GYM Lancaster team! The Stretch, Flexibility, and Mobility Coach will provide Group Class as well as one-on-one & small-group personal training. This is a part-time position, evenings and/or weekends, 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver Group Stretch Classes for up to 20 members

* Provide one-on-one Personal Training assisted stretch sessions as well as Small-Group Personal Training Stretch Classes for up to 6 clients.

* Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch classes.

* Build UFC GYM membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads

* Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce UFC GYM policies and safety rules

* Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

* Handle member concerns when applicable

* Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention

* Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Requirements:

* Specific experience teaching stretching, mobility, and flexibility classes

* Must personally be in excellent physical shape with the ability to demonstrate and perform all exercises included in training.

* Experience with sports and athletic training is preferred.

* Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor is a plus

* Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with a client

* A fitness certification required

* Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people

* Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy

* Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals

* Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
