What You'll Do

As a Van/Bus Driver, you'll play a key role in helping Residents stay active and engaged:

* Safely operate vans and buses in compliance with state laws and CDL standards

* Provide a courteous, friendly experience for every passenger

* Assist Residents with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed

* Secure wheelchairs safely using proper procedures

* Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

* Inspect vehicles after routes for cleanliness and lost items

* Refuel and report maintenance needs to ensure vehicles are always ready

What You Bring

* Valid PA Class B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement (required)

* Previous bus or passenger driving experience (preferred)

* A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service

* Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional in all situations

Schedule

* Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

* Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

* Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
