DC Army National Guard is hiring a mid‑level 92F Petroleum Supply Specialist. This full‑time position is located in Williamstown. The responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits are outlined below.
Job DescriptionFuel is one of the most vital components of the Army National Guard. As a Petroleum Supply Specialist, you ensure the proper handling, storage, and shipment of petroleum‑based products such as oil, fuel, and compressed gas. You supervise and manage the reception, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum products, operate specialized pumping equipment, select and submit samples for testing, perform accounting activities, test petroleum samples for contamination, repair specialized equipment, and demonstrate knowledge of facility safety procedures and storage guidelines.
As you gain experience, you may assume supervisory responsibilities, train others, assign duties, spot‑check work quality, and enforce safety procedures.
