Waste Management is seeking a Driver Helper to support a Route Driver and assist in collecting Waste and/or Recyclable materials. The position starts early, typically 4am, with Monday–Friday shifts.
No formal education or work experience required, but candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States. Responsibilities include loading/unloading containers, operating the hoist, aiding with backing maneuvers, and communicating customer needs.
