Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

Warehouse Associate needed at 120 Commerce Lane, Tatamy, PA 18085 for Mondelēz International / Nabisco. The role supports daily warehouse activities such as truck unloading, putting away, picking, truck loading, stock counting, processing orders, accepting incoming shipments, and overseeing general organization.

4‑day schedule (days to be determined when hired). 5 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday‑Friday, 45 hours minimum per week (11‑12 per shift).

• Participate in truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks.
• Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks on time.
• Pick, palletize, and load/unload delivery trucks.
• Maintain a running inventory.
• Record, report, and return defective items.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks.

• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment and use a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
• Lift, bend, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. (25 kg).
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred.
• Possess or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.
• Willing to take on other related duties as assigned.

• Follow schedules and instructions from foreman or supervisor.
• Flexible with schedules based on customer demands.
• General understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Hourly pay: $23.50 per hour to start, $24.50 at 90 days, $25.50 at 1 year. Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus.
