Internal Logistics Coordinator

Job Description Summary

Internal Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing and transferring material from warehouse to production site in a timely manner. Candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy for outbound material. This role requires exceptional organizational skillset, understanding and prioritizing production needs.

• Review and respond to eAndons and Smartsheet requests for both ITR and C  businesses
• Prioritize picking of material based on production needs and coordinate the picking with material handlers for staging
• Lead scheduling for trucks and prioritize material delivery to main site by coordinating with inventory team and leads as needed.
• Ensure staging area for trucks is organized, safe, and clean
• Ensure good visual management for outbound material
• Ensure SAP transactions are completed as needed for outbound material and work with inventory team for corrective actions
• Point of contact for main site for all incoming communication regarding material deliveries
• Support inventory operations as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Inventory/warehousing
• Inventory SAP Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAP MM, WM module experience
• Expert level knowledge of SAP
• Math proficiency
• Familiarity with ERP and data entry systems
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
• Able to sit, walk, and move around for long hours at a time
• Must be willing to travel to offsite warehouse and main site as needed
