SFS Group USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Exeter Township, Reading PA on 1st and 2nd Shift. You will be a key member of the warehouse team by focusing on pulling work orders and maneuvering raw and finished goods throughout the facility as well as ensuring incoming items are accurately stored and located. You'll enjoy our informal culture and fast-paced environment!

• Receive incoming shipments and compare items to work orders provided by group leader
• Cycle counting and inventory tracking
• Operate forklifts to pick heavy boxes and transport them to checking areas; determine storage areas for incoming shipments and allocate appropriate space within the warehouse
• Assist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas and supervise storage activities
• Look through delivery to determine order picking activities and pick orders according to the specific instructions provided (i.e., labels)
• Verify the quality and quantity of picked items and ensure that they are safely delivered to the delivery pallet
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a safe manner
• Record damaged or defective items and replace them according to company policies
• Receiving parts and materials and route products to departments
• Attach labels for pallet shipment
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate a forklift; prior forklift driving experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds at a time
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Basic math skills required (e.g., multiplication, addition)
• Written and oral English language proficiency
• Ability to work in a team environment and be individually productive in completing tasks

Shift schedule:

• 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

Some overtime occasionally mandatory.
