Job DescriptionSummary
Responsible for the storage, picking, and movement of materials in the warehouse. Responsible for the safe operation of material handling equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tow motors, reach trucks (both wire guided and non wire guided), powered hand-jacks and pneumatic hand jacks to move material from pallets, trays, racks or shelves.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma/GED preferred; and 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least six (6) months related experience and/or training required.
Previous experience using an RF Scanner is preferred.
Subject to a drug screen upon offer.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to complete simple forms. Ability to follow instructions as it relates to Safety, Quality and Performance
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations.

While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs. This position works in an indoor warehouse environment.
