Accounting Specialist

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation
• Prepare and post journal entries

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Must have experience in a medical facility
• Associate degree in accounting or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in using accounting software such as Quick Books Desktop
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation
• Strong knowledge and experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to effectively communicate financial information is essential.

Pay: $23.53 - $30.00 per hour. Full-time. Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
