Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking a results-driven Member Care Specialist to be based at our Rock Hill Center in Rock Hill, SC. This on-site role requires excellent customer service and the ability to navigate multiple systems while helping members with a variety of requests.
Initial training will occur at a Lancaster, SC or Rock Hill, SC training center, with on-site duties thereafter. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
