Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction to elementary-level students with a variety of exceptionalities.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.

Utilize differentiation, behavior management strategies, and data-driven instruction to meet student needs.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines.

Participate in professional development and school-based teams as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred
).

Certification in multi-categorical special education (required).

Valid state teaching license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
